Kirby & Holt - North Carolina Personal Injury Attorneys

Our firm was founded in 1993 as Edwards & Kirby, LLP, with former United States Senator and 2004 Vice-Presidential nominee John Edwards teaming up with current partners David Kirby and Mark Holt. In 1997, Edwards and Kirby won the largest personal injury verdict in North Carolina history. When John Edwards left the firm for the Senate in 1998, we changed our name to Kirby & Holt, LLP.
