Bill Bystrynski has been named a partner at Kirby & Holt, becoming the third partner at the firm, along with David Kirby and Mark Holt.
Bill handles both personal injury and medical malpractice cases at the firm. He has been listed as a Personal Injury "Super Lawyer" in North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine every year since the honor was established. He was selected as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in North Carolina by the American Association for Justice and has been given the highest rating - Preeminent - by Martindale-Hubbell.
Bill has lectured and has written several articles for lawyers on a variety of topics related to negligence. Those topics include how to investigate nursing home cases; maximizing damages in wrongful death cases; dealing with arbitration clauses in medical malpractice cases and avoiding traps in drafting lawsuits.
