Mark Holt has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers at its 2009 meeting in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The American College, founded in 1950, is composed of the best lawyers in the trial bar from the United States and Canada and is widely considered to be among the premier professional trial organizations. The American College extends membership by invitation to highly experienced and accomplished trial lawyers. The College is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession.
Mark also was named to “Best Lawyers in America,” widely regarded as the preeminent referral guide to the legal profession in the United States, and named one of North Carolina’s Legal Elite by Business North Carolina magazine.
