Kirby & Holt led the way again in 2006 as it tied as the firm with the most large verdicts and settlements in the state of North Carolina, according to a January, 2007 article in the legal publication North Carolina Lawyer’s Weekly. The legal journal published its list of the 25 largest verdicts and settlements in the state over the past year. The firm has led or tied in the number of large verdicts and settlements reported by Lawyers Weekly in 13 of the past 14 years.
