Kirby & Holt is pleased to welcome David L. Sherlin to the firm.
David, a Raleigh native, comes to Kirby & Holt by way of the Wake County District Attorney's office, where he prosecuted criminal cases for six years representing the State of North Carolina and the interests of victims of crimes in a wide array of cases.
David gained invaluable litigation experience through the cases that he tried in both Superior and District Courts. David successfully prosecuted numerous cases involving fatalities caused by automobile accidents, and countless driving while impaired cases. David draws on his litigation experience to assist victims that have been harmed by reckless driving, medical malpractice, and other types of negligence.
